Description
This Cable-Harness Assembly Kit addresses the majority of component types that will be encountered in operational production and utilizes Mil Spec style connectors that have two sizes of contacts combined with the appropriate insertion/extraction tools.
With additional terminals, solder sleeves, and crimp lug terminations provided for broad skill development, this is a great representation of a variety of assembly applications creating operator skill needed to be a successful cable and harness builder.
Also provided is an overlay and wire list for the student to use, typical of those encountered in production operations.
This kit is used effectively in NASA Cable and Harness Training programs and as a complement to the IPC-A-620 Certification programs.
